Can children enrolled in public school attend?

We are often asked whether our program is open to public school students. Yes! We have several children registered for our spring session who will be taking a day out from school each week to learn, play and create outdoors with us. 
Forest School is complementary to whole-child education, and we can provide a letter to your child's school discussing the benefits of forest school and the dates of our forest school. Ultimately it is up to you and your administrators, but we have found that most schools are open to students taking the day away from school. Reach out, we are happy to help - info@gerhardcenter.org
